Lose weight for good and not just for Christmas


If looking well and losing weight is important to us, why do we spend so much of our energy every single day focused on either thinking about food or eating? Why do we feel so helpless about being able to maintain our ideal weight?
I would like you to ask yourself a question, "What is truly important to me in my life" and make a list of about ten values that are important to you in no more than one or two words. Here are some examples family, work, love, positive thinking, golf, success, wealth, open-mindedness, happiness and fun.
